Job Summary

AECOM is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Program Analyst to provide contractor program management and technical support services for the Enterprise Wide Contractor Support Services (EWCSS) contract. General duties include overall program management support the In-Service Strategic & Attack Submarines Program office (PMS392) in support of Submarine Team One (ST1), a high-level group of US Navy senior military and civilian submarine maintenance experts from across the country.

Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the design, acquisition, maintenance, and support of the Worlds finest submarine force. It fosters accurate decision making via more and higher-fidelity information on the multifaceted challenges that arise through translating Washington directives into Fleet implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Leader on day to day administrative tasks

  • Provide administrative support to ST1 Executive Steering Committee (ESC) on top-level issues

  • Assist with the organization of semi-annual conferences held throughout the United States which entails logistics such as determining conference location, arranging lodging, maintaining attendance rosters, coordinating catering, conference room and equipment set up, reviewing and publishing presentations, registration, other administration and logistics support

  • Assist in producing, reviewing, maintaining, and distributing agendas and briefs

  • Take notes at meetings, both in person and on conference calls; prepare draft meeting minutes

  • Track actions and maintain the Action Management Plan

  • Interface with web support organizations to ensure proper maintenance of website

  • Some Travel is expected, expected twice a year

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent.

  • Active SECRET security clearance required.

  • 3-7+ years DOD/Navy acquisition and/or In-Service experience.

  • 3-7+ years experience working with Navy programs.

  • 3-5+ years experience working with Navy contracting process and draft acquisition documentation.
