The role of Project Management is to control the scope, schedule and budget, of the activities within the Aircraft Design and Product Development team. Your daily tasks will include proactive leadership in problem resolution, establishment of scope, schedule and budget for multiple projects, and execution of the related deliverables. You will also be coordinating internal and external activities between multiple technical functions, including Program and Suppliers.

In your role, you will:

• Manage large complex projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms.
• Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects that vary in complexity and risk.
• Participate in establishment of the platform overall strategic milestones
• Participate in the review and approval of moderately complex projects
• Assume group leadership when necessary, being able to drive critical priorities within the team
• Act as technical coach & mentor for various aspects of Project & Change management within the team
• Lead and coordinate Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders.
• Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in technical activities.
• Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities.
• Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution.
• Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation.
• Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization.
• Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews.
• Coordinate multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary.
• Coordinate formal document release (Drawings, ModSums, Compliance Documents, Service Bulletins etc.);
