**Team Overview**

Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides the products and services that enable Citi's workforce, along with the majority of the financial solutions that Citi's customers rely on. We provide the critical technical foundation for Citi's operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services. We do this by working as one-team to deliver high quality, reliable and modern infrastructure technologies at the right cost. We drive to optimize the functionality and capability of the infrastructure technologies.

The End User Product Request team is based across UK, USA, and Philippines and sits within the End User Services Product Management function. With over 350 products supported and 1.5 million requests in 2021, we are aligned to drive the provisioning of best in class offerings for Citi that are aligned to our strategy and delivered with the right technology, service model and economics.

**Role Overview**

As an End User Product Analyst, you will be a key member of the team responsible for Product Placement, focusing on Citis technology request & fulfilment platforms used by our 300,000 + strong workforce, including the New Hire Technology onboarding process used by managers of staff joining Citi every day.

You will be collaborating with product managers, engineering, and operations staff from around the world, who are responsible for supporting the underlying product technologies (including desktop, hardware, telephony, remote access, mobility, and modern collaboration tools), to understand their requirements which will enable you to implement and deliver a great end-to-end user request experience, while also identifying & driving product optimization initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**You will work as part of an Agile scrum team supporting the process of how Citis workforce obtain the technology required to perform their roles through our internal Marketplace, Product Designer and ResolveIT fulfilment platforms.**

**Working as a self-driven individual contributor while planning, and organizing own workload to meet deadlines, whilst delivering against a prioritized backlog of end user product requests.**

+ Partnering with product managers to understand their roadmaps and support them with designing & delivering request workflows that meets their requirements.

+ Identifying product optimization opportunities, with a focus on improving the end user experience and automation - eliminating manual tasks.

+ Be an integral part of modernising the product request process making use of new technologies

**Act as a liaison between various technology groups, project teams, marketing, and the business providing SME direction and support on the request process.**

**Support End Users through assisting with questions and issues arising from the product request process.**

+ You're a self-starter with good problem-solving skills, and you continuously look for ways to improve things.

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
