Job summary
To build and grow our Selling Partner Appstore, the Amazon Selling Partner Dev Services team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive Appstore awareness, traffic and conversion through identifying and driving marketing initiatives for our Selling Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to help define and execute a new worldwide partner ecosystem strategy in a growing, fast-paced, environment, and have an impact on millions of businesses who generate hundreds of billions of dollars in sales in Amazon€™s store annually.

This role is responsible for defining customer segmentation for optimizing channel marketing, building and managing marketing initiatives, and making critical marketing decisions based on the impact assessments and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally to generate insights by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product, New Seller Success, WW Marketing as well as external agencies and partners. This requires deep understanding of customers, business, products, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.

The ideal candidate has experience in marketing B2B products and knowledge of campaign development and execution with a proven record of accomplishment of driving partner growth through demand generation, GTM activities, and co-marketing opportunities. You are someone, who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strategic thinking and flawless execution. You are energized by the dynamic nature of our business and can work through ambiguity to manage multiple projects at once. This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.

Key job responsibilities
€¢ Formulate customer targeting and segmentation strategy to optimize channel marketing (content marketing, email marketing, event marketing, etc.).
€¢ Implement targeting/segmentation into channel marketing initiatives.
€¢ Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights, identify growth areas and make proposals and decisions based on data analyses.
€¢ Execute A/B tests and develop a roadmap for analysis projects based on the results.
€¢ Own marketing initiatives end-to-end: Plan, launch, operate and optimize to drive awareness and conversion.
€¢ Drive data analysis operation improvements with automation, standardization and collaboration with stakeholders WW.

About the team
Our Selling Partner Appstore help millions of businesses grow and succeed in the Amazon.com retail store, representing hundreds of billions of dollars in sales annually. We proactively engage with companies who provide software solutions that align with the needs of Selling Partners (i.e. 1P Vendors and 3P Sellers) and enable their growth and success with Amazon. We measure our success by the 1) new partnerships that we launch, 2) Selling Partner adoption and usage of our App solutions, 3) new Selling Partners we generate, and the 4) growth impact on our Selling Partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

€¢4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
€¢ Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
€¢ Experience with content marketing, lead management, email marketing, website marketing, and business analysis
€¢ Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
€¢ Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
€¢ Ability to use hard data and metrics to support program initiatives and customer segment recommendations
€¢ Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

€¢ Experience with product go-to-market processes
€¢ Experience delivering marketing projects from strategy to implementation
€¢ Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to a specific audience
€¢ Demonstrated experience building and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, hypothesis-driven, and highly analytical
€¢ Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
€¢ Experience leading cross-functional projects with design, engineering, and/or analytics
€¢ Excellent documentation and workflow management
€¢ Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
