This is a Product Management position responsible for defining and executing product strategy to enhance Cash and Trade Products/Services with best in class Digital Security capabilities in order for Institutional Clients to conduct financial transactions with minimal fraud and maximum efficiency.

The focus on digital security and cyber-risks at the C-Suite and Board of Directors level has increased as threats have become more sophisticated.  Furthermore, new capabilities in mobility, biometrics, and other technologies provide an enabling force to improve the security of financial transactions.  Working at the nexus of those areas, this role provides an opportunity to provide thought leadership in the organization along with the development and deployment of new capabilities for clients


  • Execute the development and commercialization of multi channel Digital Security solutions for use with Citi products.
  • Support initiatives on exploring next generation digital security technologies such as biometrics, digital signature and mobile, collaborating with TTS partners globally as well as other parts of Citi outside of TTS.
  • Develop client thought leadership collateral to be trusted advisors on cyber security
  • Identify profitable opportunities for digital security to enhance TTS products to meet market needs
  • Communicate a clear vision, define roles/responsibilities in conjunction with sales, marketing, product, risk, legal, compliance, operations, implementation, and technology
  • Work with product and sales partners to advise multinational clients on security, including the threat landscape, cyber best practices, Citis strengths and capabilities, etc.

Detailed Day to Day Function

  • Support strategy roadmap development
  • Define, update, and execute the product roadmap
  • Become a thought leader on security market drivers, regulations, technology, and policy changes
  • Project Manage all tasks, risks, issues, etc. with senior management, stakeholders, and team members
  • Business Development: evolve the business plan, P&L projections, and partnership model(s)
  • Work closely with in-Country and Global Product managers and functional partners to pilot/commercialize new capabilities in support of Digital Security Services goals
  • External organizations develop strategic partnerships as needed
  • Drive a best in class client experience through product enhancements and process reengineering
  • Understand competitor offerings and analyse client feedback to drive improvements
  • Regional communication and client/pipeline updates to keep updated roadmap of functionality and clients to onboard.

Specific Projects and Deliverables:

  • Manage multiple Digital Security projects using the Project Launch Framework and Innovation processes
  • Develop business requirements and cross-functional project plans
  • Extend capabilities further for existing and new channels
  • Work closely with global functional partners to coordinate efforts from vision  to commercialization
  • Develop training material and conference collateral 
  • Manage product issues and drive resolution
  • Support Regional Product managers to develop regional capabilities where required
  • Maintain product resource center / website
  • Update client facing marketing materials
  • Interface with cross-organizational teams, in multiple time zones, to ensure business processes are optimized

  • 5+ years product management experience preferably in a bank and/or digital identity
  • 5+ years Client experience/ Program management/ Reengineering/ Digital experience preferably in a bank
  • Background in security product/technology and use
  • Experience developing and taking to market new products including business development background to create and execute  business plans
  • Strong and demonstrated leadership skills interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking Transaction Services products and channels
  • Work with clients and/or external organization partners


  • Strong written and oral presentation skills for communicating with seniors, business partners and clients
