The Product Manager, Downstream Spine Robotics rolewill be responsible for the downstream management and marketing of Medtronic Spinals Robotic solution. As an individual contributor, you will be accountable for creating and executing a marketing strategy that drives spine robotic utilization. To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate and collaborate with the sales force and possess the ability to confidentially demonstrate the robotic system to surgeon customers. The Product Manager has visibility across all levels of the organization given the level of importance this technology has for the success of the business.

Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) is redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients. We are the first company to offer an integrated solution that includes artificial intelligence-driven surgical planning, personalized spinal implants, and robotic-assisted surgical delivery to make patient care more customized.

CST is the market leader in spinal implants, robotics, and navigation. Our integrated operating unit is comprised of the following global businesses:

+ Spine and Biologics, offering full procedural solutions for spine surgery and bone grafting solutions for spinal fusion

+ Enabling Technologies, delivering an innovative portfolio that includes advanced imaging, navigation, robotics, customized implants, and pre-operative planning aided by artificial intelligence

This role isbased in Memphis, TN and can be performed remotely until Covid restrictions are lifted.

**A Day in the Life**

+ Accountable for thinking bold and big to drive excitement within this portfolio

+ Accountable for revenue attainment within the projects / products of responsibility.

+ Accountable for successful field and HCP collaboration that results in strong relationships and insights

+ Accountable to be a reliable teammate and an active participant within the broader marketing organization

+ 15 20% travel

General responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.

+ Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.

+ Determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.

+ Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.

+ Works with other functions to finalize product specifications.

+ Provides advertising with core brand equity.

+ Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management or similar, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years.

**Nice to Have**


+ Advanced knowledge of marketing combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience

+ Knowledge of spinal pathologies, procedures, and products

+ Worked with or has experience interacting with a broad sales force and can clearly articulate message to all levels of stakeholder
