**BCMA Technology is looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong analytical, communication and leadership communication skills. The product manager will understand technology at a deep level and can interact with the development team and the business to define and drive the technology strategy.**

**Responsibilities**


**Mapping current and future global process flows, implement process improvements, and propose opportunities for automation.**


**Working with investment bankers to gain an in-depth understanding of how our BCMA business serves its clients.**


**Help coordinate the design (UX) of our applications and facilitate rapid feedback and testing sessions for business stakeholders.**


**Partner with various business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects and implement process improvements.**


**Provide user training, solicit feedback, and drive systems adoption using calculated user behavior metrics.**


**Working with development teams to review product roadmap and requirements.**


**Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality.**


**Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weakness.**


**Lead the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including applications notes, product/release notes, user guides, presentations, and marketing content.**


**In addition to the above responsibilities, senior position responsibilities also include:**


**As a lead product manager, analyse and collaborate solutions and strategies with the team and provide the optimum solution for our stakeholders.**


**Own success Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions. Mentoring other PMs helping ensure the success of the deliverable.**


**Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes**


**Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.**


**Skills & Qualifications:**


**6+ years of product management experience and a good understanding of technical architecture.**


**Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities.**


**Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.**


**Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in Investment Banking and Capital Markets.**


**Ability to drive strategy and use both data and judgement to make critical decisions on behalf of technology and the business.**


**Education:**


**Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience**
