What you€™ll do

The Product Management Operations Specialist will join the Upstream Product Management Operations Team, supporting the operational excellence process of single-use consumable product lines. The team is a part of the Bioprocess business and an integral part of Cytiva. This role will be responsible for integrating with the broader single use network and driving operational rigor in our day to day processes

  • Establish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting rhythms to ensure pro-active resolve/communication of W2W process.
  • Drive the yearly pricing uplift process and key pricing initiatives within the Product operations Team
  • Drive ITO linkage and insure seamless fulfilment handoff between design and commercial operations.
  • Attend weekly product supply calls to stay informed of potential delays that can affect our customer€™s delivery expectations.
  • Provide proactive communication to all stakeholders on potential delivery delays as associated resolution efforts.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with various teams across the organization to ensure prompt resolve of W2W process.  Including but not limited to Quotation, Planning, Sourcing and QA Teams.
  • Assist in the development and report of key performance metrics as well as maintain dashboards to ensure pro-active visibility across the Upstream Product Team.
  • S&OP.  Work cross-functionally with the internal business units to forecast anticipated demand, inventory, supply and customer lead time deviations.
  • Work with PM Ops Teams to help set team priorities via weekly 1/1 touchpoints, Rapid Response meetings and required Tiger Team meetings.
  • Work with QA and help influence best practices in Case Management.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor€™s degree in related field Business, engineering
    • 5 years€™ experience in a metric based customer facing role
    • Experience working in SFDC and Enterprise resource planning tools
    • Experience driving op mechs where cross-functional decisions are needed.
    • Proven leadership experience
    • Ability to work independently  
    • Ability to change course based on the needs of the business
    • Outstanding communication and writing skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to be responsive to customer€™s requests.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently towards timely completion of a desired goal.
    • Flexibility to work in a dynamic business environment, where multi-tasking and interfacing with different teams and people across the business is needed to get the job done.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and QA guidelines governing implementation and use of disposable materials and components.
    • Awareness of GMP and governmental regulations related to drug manufacturing sufficient to appreciate the need for documentation accuracy
