Job Description

As an integral part of Intel's new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and major provider of US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe - available for customers globally - and a world-class IP portfolio that customers can choose from including x86 cores, graphics, media, display, AI, interconnect, fabric and other critical foundational IP, along with Arm and RISC-V ecosystem IPs.

To enable the growth and success of this critical team, we're looking for a Product Labs Test Equipment Program Manager. In this role, your daily agenda will be anything but ordinary. On a regular basis, you will:

  • Lead technical forums with stakeholders in the Business Units to align on Intel Test and Measurement equipment requirements
  • Partner with technical experts in Business units on Intel Test and Measurement equipment requirements and drive roadmap alignment with suppliers
  • Partner with stakeholders from Business Units to define new use models to maximize equipment utilization, increase reuse, improve TTM (Time To Market), and meet product/project requirements
  • Provide technical support for planning cycles, and supplier negotiations

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product design / development
  • Test and measurement equipment (e.g. Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, BERTs, DAQ, Signal Analyzers/Generators, Network Analyzers, Network Simulators, Callbox and Wireless equipment).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or certification in project / program management desired, but not a requirement
  • Master's or other advanced degree in engineering or related field, fewer overall years of experience will be considered with an advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies (LTE, 5G), I/O and memory technologies (PCI express, DDR5/6) and high speed interfaces (PAM4, Ethernet , etc) is a plus.

IFS is already engaged with customers today, starting with our existing foundry offerings. We are expanding imminently to include our most advanced technologies optimized for cutting-edge performance, making them ideal for high-performance applications.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
