**Job Description**

The PBM Innovation Senior Consultant will play a vital role in supporting innovative, high profile programs that result in disruptive improvements to operations, creation of new products and capabilities, and successful growth of the PBM. Specifically, the Senior Consultant, PBM Innovation Support will manage all communications for the PBM Innovation Team; including, but not limited to PBM Innovation Team Town Halls, team newsletters, relevant and timely team announcements, and team surveys to solicit feedback.


The Senior Consultant, PBM Innovation Support will support the PBM Innovation leadership team in executing their agenda:

Own intake and triage of all ad hoc requests and opportunities

Maintain tracking and visibility of all ad hoc responsibilities across the innovation team

Support PBM Innovation leadership team in planning and leading annual processes such as budgeting, talent reviews, and compensation planning

Partner with PBM Innovation Quality Assurance team on team engagement initiatives


The Senior Consultant, PBM Innovation Support will work closely with PBM Innovation Team colleagues at all levels of the organization to understand the initiatives, assist in solving problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership in an efficient and effective manner.

Develop communications framework and approach to providing the team awareness and visibility into our Innovation initiatives and other news and events occurring across the PBM Innovation team

Conduct root cause investigation, problem solving, articulate conclusions, and make recommendations to the leadership team

Engage with leaders across the PBM Innovation team to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team

Use superior presentation skills and logic to prepare material and presentations for the PBM Innovation team in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise, and generates enthusiasm for the PBM Innovation agenda


**Required Qualifications**

2+ years of experience required, including 2+ years of consulting or related marketing, communications, or analyst experience in an operational environment

Proven ability to prepare materials and presentations with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines

Superior logic and problem solving skills

Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems

Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent both verbally and written


**Preferred Qualifications**

Previous PBM Pharmacy Benefits Management experience

Bachelor Degree.
