Our Private Client team is made up of tax specialists, private client lawyers, tax disputes specialist and governance experts. We specialise in advising wealthy individuals, families and their businesses on managing their personal and company tax affairs in the UK and internationally.

Our curious minds and collaborative spirit enables us to work together, helping clients navigate the ever changing tax landscape. As part of the team you’ll be actively encouraged to consult, to share specialist knowledge and new ideas as we continue to innovate to deliver best in class service.

You will become a member of the Private Client legal team to support with the delivery of all legal projects and helping to grow the business across the UK.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Qualified Private Client Solicitor 7 years PQE

  • STEP member

  • Experienced in working with both international and UK families

  • Strong technical experience in advising on and drafting wills, trusts, mental capacity and powers of attorney, probate and associated UK tax matters namely - inheritance tax and capital gains tax

  • Experience of setting up charities and advising on charitable law

  • Commercial acumen in managing time and billing

  • Ability to manage client relationships and win new work independently

  • Managing and training junior lawyers from a technical and client management perspective
