**Job Description**

As a Print Operations Senior Consultant, you will be

responsible for daily coordination and purchasing of print,

direct mail, and fulfillment projects and programs. You will

produce the highest quality deliverables on-time and

on budget. You will be responsible for the creation of schedules, assignment of projects, tracking projects

through the execution cycle, job prioritization and providing ongoing communications to business partners and external vendors.

Additional duties and responsibilities:

Upon receipt of new projects, you will evaluate timetables and adjust workflows as need to keep projects on track.

You will build end-to-end print specifications, and engage

appropriate vendor for estimating through to assignment of

project.

You will prioritize work and provide ongoing communications to business partners and external

vendors.

You will manage print & mail vendors by obtaining pricing

and schedules, and managing all spec/scope changes, QC metrics, and compliance.

You will manage job compliance and ensure adherence

to PII/PHI and related compliance requirements.

You will make recommendations on best practices and

print specifications for execution of print materials for

marketing & member communications programs.

You will actively manage projects in workflow tool.

You will engage in and sometimes lead touch base

meetings with Account Services and Member Ops teams.

You will prepare and maintain project status reports.


**Required Qualifications**

5+ years of Print Production experience including prior

project management experience.


**Preferred Qualifications**

You have a deep knowledge of print & direct mail and can

effectively and accurately write detailed print & mail specs.

You have strong project management skills.

You are detail oriented and have strong organizational

skills.

You have an understanding of print production work flow

development and management.

You have excellent verbal and written communication

skills.

You can quickly master new tools/software & understand

new technology.

You can manage multiple projects & priorities

simultaneously.

You are customer service focused and action orientated.

You have experience with data analysis and reporting

utilizing workflow tools and Microsoft Excel.

You have the ability to respond and perform swiftly and

seamlessly in rapid changing environment.

You have MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe

Acrobat, & Ariba experience.

You have experience supporting PBM & Med D member

communications.


**Education**

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
