Job summary
Are you looking for a unique opportunity to work on a brand-new sales automation product? AWS is seeking an innovative, passionate, results-oriented program manager for an exciting new global solution. This is a confidential strategic initiative for AWS.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate between product, development, training enablement; and can build trust across various stakeholders. You will be a member of a team working on a brand-new sales automation product that has the potential to help thousands of sellers.

We€™re looking for a tenacious self-starter with a passion for sales automation and GTM strategies, who can serve as a strong advocate for our customers. You should have strong writing skills, an ability to technically dive deep, work with development and product management teams, and possess the desire to develop ideas independently in a fast-paced start-up environment. You must have a track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.

This postion may be located in our Seattle, WA, or Boston, MA offices.


Key job responsibilities
· Responsible for coordinating activities, helping the overall success of the product and the necessary change management. Involves working with multiple internal stakeholders, product teams, and leadership
· Partner with development and product management teams to ensure best-in-class software delivery
· Coordinate engagement with stakeholders in sales and marketing
· Track enablement activities in partnership with product ops team
· Responsible for documentation, user guides, collateral, with input from product and operations teams
· Responsible for delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly business reporting

About the team
This is a brand-new, high-performing team with a mix of startup culture and a passion to deliver highly scalable software. The team has diverse experience spanning real-time systems, cutting-edge user experiences, and analytics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields
· Bachelor€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
· Experience hiring and managing high-performing teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders
· Proven experience with the development and implementation of business processes for contract management, CRM, sales operations, etc.
· Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
· Strong business-process design experience
· Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
· Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
· Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring and maintaining top talent
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
· Experience leading the development of department strategy
· Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
· Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
· Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
· Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
