As a Principal Technical Product Manager, Ad Tech for the Strategic Verticals team, you'll be responsible for defining the technical strategy for how ads integrate with the retail website in one of many of our fast growing categories. You will develop strategies for how to monetize ads across search, product detail pages, and the entire Amazon experience globally, while creating a delightful shopper CX and a first-class experience for brands.
You will define the business input and metrics and develop brand new ad experiences to drive growth of the program and engagement from our shoppers & brands.
You will work with scientists and engineers to build scalable systems which learn and optimize placement and pricing of ads on Amazon.


· 8+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
· 2+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Bachelor's Degree
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* Strategic thinker with high attention to detail
* Proven ability to extract and analyze data to make product decisions


* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
* Prior experience in digital advertising
