Amazon DSP (ADSP) is Amazon€™s programmatic advertising product for campaign spanning Display, Video, and Audio across Amazon properties (e.g., Amazon.com, IMDb TV, Twitch, Fire TV, Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of third-party (3P) websites and apps.

The Machine Learning & Optimization team develops algorithms and systems to improve the performance and delivery of Display Advertising campaigns, and automates campaign management using machine learning techniques. Our products give advertisers the controls and data necessary to improve the relevancy and performance of their ads. We develop and own high performance, petabyte-scale distributed systems to optimize ad selection, bidding and campaign performance.

We are looking for a seasoned product leader to define and build products and tools to accelerate online and offline experimentation for science and product teams across Amazon Advertising. You will create and execute a compelling vision and roadmap to power our A/B testing, offline evaluation, and exploration capabilities. You will own end to end workflow of experiments, analytics, metrics and user experience. In this highly visible role you will interact frequently with senior leaders and work closely with a large number of highly engaged stakeholders.

· 8+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
· 2+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Bachelor's Degree
· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must effectively communicate senior leadership and explain technical ideas to both with tech and non-tech teams.
· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire team


· MBA or master€™s degree.
· Proven experience in building experimentation capabilities
· Background and domain expertise in experimentation and analytics
· 3+ years of experience in online advertising and ad technologies
· Sound business and technical judgment as well as ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
· Experience in bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders
