Amazon is continuing to invest in its Worldwide Online Display Advertising business to tap into the growing online advertising market. Amazon€™s DSP team is looking for an experienced commercialization leader who will help bring planning and supply products to market. Amazon is using its first class technology, unique user data, and cross-device user identification to become the go-to solution for the world€™s largest advertising agencies and advertisers. Amazon€™s ad platform team is seeking a product leader with the experience, drive and strategic vision to win in the growing and competitive programmatic industry.

We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to oversee major initiatives across video, media planning and supply for the Amazon DSP. In this role, you will you will work closely with sales, services, product, engineering and marketing to bring solutions to customers that surprise and delight.
You maintain feedback from customers, help prioritize development, create a marketing plan and take ownership over adoption of our products. You are an evangelist of the platform, promoting new features to clients, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption through sales teams. All while simultaneously protecting and enhancing the customer retail experience on Amazon.
The right candidate will possess a strong product and program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large products and projects, will have background in digital advertising, and ideally will have a well-rounded background in current web and mobile technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
You will also be excellent at delivering results, being able to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs informed by data, all while having your pulse on industry trends.
Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence and leadership are essential to success in this role. You will be data-driven and analytical. You constantly strive to expand our understanding of the metrics that drive our business and growth aspirations. Lastly, your communication skills €“ both verbal and written €“ are excellent, and you will be able to clearly communicate at all levels in the organization, including senior management.


· 1+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
· Bachelor's Degree
· 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience in Digital Advertising, Programmatic experience a plus
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast paced environment across geographies
· Ability to dive deep into technical concepts with successful past delivery of technical user-facing products


· Experience with commercializing products and driving customer adoptions
· Understanding of OTT, CTV, linear television, and/or audio advertising business a big plus
· Experience with industry standard media planning or buying tools
· Passionate about generating big, creative ideas to differentiate in the market, growing the business and working with advertisers and agencies to build innovative products
· Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire the team.
