Principal Full Stack Developer, .NET/Angular

ADPs Total Absence Management Team is seeking a Full Stack Developer with solid hands on .net and Angular experience to design and develop web and mobile experiences. This position plays an important role working with partner teams designing and developing appropriate solution and interfaces to operate within the ADP product ecosystem.

Things Youll Do:

  • Design and oversee the foundation of HCM applications and their development
  • Ensure software and solutions are stable and scalable
  • Able to work with a group of developers to deliver on assigned deliverables and help guide efficient and scalable architectural solutions
  • Contributes to and enforces code standards as well as facilitates code reviews and GIT Flow processes.
  • Understand and promote Unit Testing, Code Quality and E2E testing (automation)
  • Work closely with UX and product to understand and promote consistency and reusability among components throughout the application
  • Work with PO, UX, Dev Leads, etc. to understand goals, vision, etc. and translate to help team(s) execute on those deliverables
  • Work across multiple teams to coordinate the best solutions that are reusable and potentially have project-wide, larger-scale implications
  • Promote innovation, creative thinking, communication and collaboration among other teams, product, UX, etc.


  • 9+ years of experience in software development
  • Knowledge and practical experience in design patterns like SOLID principles, gang of four, inversion of control, aspect-oriented programming etc.
  • Expert knowledge in web development technologies like Angular 2.0 and above & JSON & JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, etc)
  • Experience with .NET 4+, ASP.NET, C#, HTML 5, CSS3, IIS
  • Experience with programming web services (REST, WebAPI etc)
  • Expert knowledge in .NET data access frameworks including ADO.NET, LINQ to SQL, Entity Framework etc.
  • Proficient with at least one RDBMS technologies like SQL Server 2014 and above (or) Oracle 11g and above, Database Design and Development, Performance Tuning, Entity Framework, etc.
  • Experience in using No-SQL like MongoDB / DynamoDB.
  • Experience with Splunk, Kafka, Docker is preferred
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms, unit testing and code quality analysis tools like Resharper, SonarQube etc.
  • Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Ansible/ Chef)
