We are looking for a strategic thought leader who can provide leadership direction, governance, and delivery across a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you bring a transformation mindset with extensive experience working on strategy, change management, organizational design, data analysis, process development, program management and execution. You are a trusted delivery partner for senior executives, an influencer and an organizer who thrives in an environment of complexity; excellent at connecting strategy to execution and providing high quality innovative solutions to ensure delivery excellence. You enjoy working in a dynamic, ambiguous space with ever-changing customer needs, have strong prioritization abilities with a clear focus on deliverables and the actions/timelines needed to achieve them. You are also a detail-oriented planner with the demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. You are highly analytical, resourceful, and customer-focused with a proven track record at taking end-to-end ownership and coordinating efforts across multiple cross-functional teams to successfully deliver results.

Key job responsibilities
€¢ Stakeholder Partnership €“ Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to provide change leadership; evaluating the impacts of each solution to ensure linkages between structure, people, process, and technology
€¢ Program Management €“ Develop and maintain initiative roadmaps, workback plans, resource needs, and success measures; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and maintain commitment to timelines and deliverables.
€¢ Communication - Own communications to executive leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional partners on progress, issues and risks including regular status updates and various white paper analysis.
€¢ Informed Decisions & Analytics €“ Leverage existing and develop new methods for business case creation and management. Drive executive sponsor and leadership team decisions based on business case findings and expected outcomes.
€¢ Delivery- Partner with executive sponsors and other cross-functional leads inside and outside ER to develop statements of work, and then oversee execution with high levels of agility and quality.
€¢ Sustainment- Enable cross-functional partners to meet deliverables by continuously helping them to successfully navigate through business-critical changes.
€¢ Measure feedback and adoption; driving the prioritization of improvement-based decisions with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to achieve holistic adoption across the ER global organization on new ways of working.


€¢ 8+ years of program management and organizational transformation experience or combo of education and experience in related field
€¢ Proven track record at taking end-to-end ownership of a complex portfolio of strategic initiatives and successfully delivering results
€¢ Experience defining multi-year strategies and building partnerships across technical and non-technical teams to execute on associated roadmap
€¢ Demonstrated ability of developing and applying change management methodologies and best practices to lead organizations through change


€¢ MBA or Master's Degree
€¢ Working experience with Agile development methodology
€¢ Experience in organization design
