In this exciting role as a Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will have the responsibility for developing and executing price optimization initiatives with an initial focus on pricing compliance and rebate optimization. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional OU partners and Regional Pricing and Finance leadership to determine price optimization gaps and prioritization and lead change management in the organization.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Plans, performs, implements, and manages process improvement initiatives.

+ Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams which includes change management.

+ Utilizes key operational and transactional data to create actionable insights for Pricing Optimization initaitives.

+ Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

+ Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

+ Diagrams and evaluates existing processes; makes recommendations for improvement and guides project team through future state decision making.

+ Measures performance against process requirements.

+ Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.

+ Communicates team progress and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

+ Create, consolidate, and communicate key data and reports to stakeholders.

+ Provides support to Principal Advanced Analytic analysts including auditing and stabilizing data as well as analyzing sales, compliance, and contract data.

+ May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors Degree and 7+ years of supporting business process improvement, Program/Project Management, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Consistent track record of successfully managing programs

+ DMAIC problem solving, RACI assignment matrix

+ Knowledge of capital, rebate, pricing and GPO agreements

+ Familiarity of contract reporting systems and data models

+ Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database applications

+ Data analytics, risk management and financial competence

+ SAP knowledge
