Principal Associate, HRC - US Card

US Card HR is hiring for a program/process manager to support key HR priorities within Card Customer Channels. This critical team member will partner with multiple HRCs with the duties outlined below:

Deliver Key HR Programs for Card Customer Channels in partnership with the HRC team

  • Horizontal Support: US Card Talent & Performance Management
    • Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as needed
    • Partner with PM champions to design and disseminate information needed to deliver PM/TM
    • Develop materials to be used in preparing leaders, including communications and decks; may include facilitator or train the trainer sessions
    • Prepare consolidated summaries by leader
    • Complete promotion and compensation changes in Workday
  • Horizontal Support: US Card Quarterly All Associate Surveys
    • Review data and partner with HRCs to develop insights and summaries
    • Download and scrub comments for inclusion in summary materials
    • Prepare summary materials (deck and/or excel) for leaders
    • Partner with HRC and business leads to translate results into action items
  • Provide reporting/analysis support to HRCs for client groups
    • Reporting data as a part of key TM/PM/Survey processes
    • Reporting data as needed for other consultation, i.e. headcount, spot bonus, spans and layers, etc on a regular and ad hoc basis
    • Assist with identification and selection of associates for development opportunities, training, etc
  • Drive projects for clients/HRCs as negotiated; examples include:
    • Broad scale talent planning such as organizational changes, movement, etc.
    • Master Finance Tracking to align head count forecast and actuals
    • Assist with recurring and/or ad hoc data analysis

Partner with HR Lead and HRCs to ensure a well-managed team

  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and partner meetings:
    • Gather agenda topics from the HR Lead, HRCs, Partners
    • Distribute agenda and materials
    • Facilitate weekly team and partner meetings
    • Provide Weekly Updates on key topics to ensure consistent awareness and alignment
  • Design and maintain HR calendar of activities and deliverables for clients and HRCs
    • Create the right communications channels and routines to support HRCs delivering against this calendar
    • Manage the process and timeline in order to deliver against this calendar
  • Manage project workstreams and/or small-scale projects in support of team goals or business needs

Ensure alignment with other HRC teams in US Card

  • Attend weekly horizontal meetings and represent HRC team and client needs
  • Partner with US Card People Analytics team on dashboards and reporting
  • Serve as point of contact with chief of staff and E HR teams as needed for HR processes impacting our clients

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project or Process Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Human Resources Certification
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
