Job summary
Come share your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity through a role with the Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS) team. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join the CTPS team and assist a best in class Language Assessment Program. In this role, you will assist a team that partners with leaders across the CTPS organization to scale a worldwide program by diving deep and thinking big to propel our work forward with long-term results in mind.
A successful candidate will have experience diving deep into data to support projects and strategic direction. You should have strong project management and analytical skills. Above all else, you should obsess over our customers and partners.
About the Role:
- Be on the Language Assessment Program team within the CTPS organization
- Partner with Recruiting and Operation teams to support the implementation of standardized global practices for pre-hire language proficiency assessments
- Work closely with external assessment vendor(s) to optimize language testing capabilities to meet the needs of the organization
- Actively engage with mechanisms that inspect and validate the applied language skill quality of employees passing assessments
- Support development and review of assessment criteria and processes for language skill assessments used by outsourced staffing partners
- Aid in the development of new language assessments based on business needs
- Maintain a centralized data hub for key assessment metrics
- Manage special projects related to language skills, and process improvement
- Engage with other Amazon business units to share best practices and emerging technologies related to language skill assessment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with high volume talent acquisition, particularly in a global environment
Applied knowledge of basic data analysis and statistical testing methodologies
Familiarity or direct experience with language assessment design, proficiency scales (e.g. CEFR)
