Job Description

As part of Intel, we continue to innovate and produce world class power management products. In order to take advantage of the many opportunities that we see in the future for analog and digital power systems, The Network & Custom Logic Group (NCLG) is looking for great Analog/Power Test Engineers to join our team. As a Power Management Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing ATE test programs and hardware for production testing and characterization of Power IC modules and discreet VR components. Products range from digital controllers to high current power stages. As an NCLG power test engineer you will work closely with design and applications group to develop full production test applications. You will be responsible to develop and track the projects from initial planning to completion and production release. Responsibilities include design and debug of device interface boards, cabling/interconnects, probe rings. You will develop/test programs for wafer sort, final test, electrical QA, reliability qualification, characterization and validation. You will create all test documentation including, gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies, guard-band analysis, and yield studies. You will develop test plans and support the various phases of manufacturing.


  • 7+ years of analog test development experience
  • Experience with Teradyne Eagle ETS (eg. Eagle ETS-364) and/or Advantest ASL (eg. Credence ASL 1000)
  • Experience with high power switching regulators (eg. 40+ amp regulators)
  • Experience with C & C++
