**Role Value Proposition:**

The Group Benefits Program & Solutions Delivery team is responsible for program/project management, business analysis, user acceptance testing and portfolio management focused on prioritizing, tracking and aligning work efforts and program best practices across Group Benefits and GTO Operations. The Portfolio Management Consultant is responsible for assisting with the implementation and on-going management of project portfolio performance and risk reporting including; coordination and facilitation of portfolio governance, project intake, prioritization and resource planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develops strategic business plans and initiatives for assigned business departments and oversees budget and expense functions and prepares financial reports, conducts variance analyses and/or prepares forecasts. Analyzes results and presents recommendations to management.

+ Identify process improvement opportunities and best practices and identify and enhances quality and process control standards

+ Influences multiple stakeholders to drive commitment to new procedures, processes, tools and/or methodologies

+ Creates communications related to business plans and develops methods to release communications to all associates within business departments

+ Collects data and uses management analysis tools to conduct complex analyses such as cost projections, feasibility studies, benchmark comparisons and performance analyses

+ Establish Procedures, Process and Flow Charts for day to day operational effectiveness and analyses information to develop recommendations and present results to management

+ Develops new or improves existing performance measures and/or reengineering processes for an assigned segment of the business

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ High School diploma

+ 7+ yrs. related experience in operations QA or customer service/ operations/ processing.


+ Bachelors degree

+ Excellent working knowledge of business operations, planning, budgeting, reengineering and performance measures.

+ Competencies: Interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, sound business judgment, computer skills, ability to lead, analytical and organizational skills.
