If you want to learn and grow and work with top industry professionals, this is the place! **What will I be doing in this role?** A key member of the Content Development Department's visuals team, the Production & Scheduling Coordinator will manage schedules for photo and video production at Cedars-Sinai. + Key responsibilities include assignment scheduling, location scouting and all aesthetic needs including prop rental and set accommodations for all shoots. + A significant part of the job involves coordinating various schedules and securing proper permissions to ensure all necessary resources are available for each project in the time needed, and constantly being mindful of the approved budget per project. + The development of production call sheets is mandatory and the successful candidate will have experience in effective and organized planning. **Primary duties and responsibilities in order of most significance:** + Manage and organize photo and video shoot assignment schedule, location scouting, etc. + Secure proper permissions are acquired and all necessary resources are available for photo and video projects. + Create production call sheets + Ensure production is within budget when planning and establishing supplies and inventory for projects. + Maintain equipment in working order and manage the inventory of supplies for all photographer and videographer needs. **Collaboration:** + Collaborates to problem solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes. + Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s). + Cultivates and maintains strong customer relationships and rapport with stakeholders and/or client groups. **Education required:** + Minimum: High School Diploma/GED + Associates Degree/College Diploma: Film/Television Production, Photography, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field is preferred **Experience required:** + Minimum 3 years experience with coordinating photo and video production within a fast-paced environment preferably in a studio, agency, location or post-production setting, including a non-profit or healthcare institution.
