Overview: Photo Equipment Technician responsible for performing activities involved with the recovery of Photo Scanner tools, to include PM, BM, and qualifications. True accountability and ownership of returning a Photo semiconductor manufacturing Scanner Equipment to a like new condition through the performance of periodic maintenance activities as defined by strictly following the step by step process of a Standard Operating Procedures. This incorporates the methodologies of TPM and Lean, which include the concepts of 6S, Safety, Waste elimination; the principals of Lean and TPM. The individual must be able to problem solve and understand the system to be able to resolve unscheduled events. Effective communication, problem solving and teamwork are also key attributes the individual must possess

  • Disposition lots, identifying the critical failures that imply bigger problems. Fix those problems or document and escalate
  • Collect data using standard metrology equipment and report results
  • Performing regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance
  • Responding to equipment interlocks and diagnosing equipment breakdown
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and optical components
  • Workdays and Shift : CWW A Shift

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 year technical degree or equivalent Semiconductor/Electronics/Mechanical experience preferred (3+ years experience in Photolithography Equipment Engineering Services)
  • Military background (if applicable)
