The EU MDR Program (New Medical Device Regulations ) requires all products in each Business across CSH/APV to
achieve compliance to new standards. We are seeking to fill this role for a number for Businesses across CSH/APV
including Aortic, Peripheral, Endovenous , Structural Heart, Cardiac Surgery.

This MTOR position represents Operations on the Business Unit MDR Program as a CTOR (Core Team Operations
Representatives for MDR ) and provide leadership to an extended project team comprised of individuals from
Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Category Management, Sourcing, Contract Manufacturers / OEM,
Supplier Quality, and other functions as needed to drive successful development and commercialization of the MDR
changes to products.

This position is responsible for the overall operations aspects of a Business unit including value stream interface, planning,
execution and successful implementation of activities in the development and introduction of new products. The Program
Manager has the responsibility to ensure that the voice of operations is properly captured, and all team commitments and
project contract metrics are met and communicated in a timely manner.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Operations representative on the BU Core Team that is managing the full portfolio of products for the BU.

+ Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

+ Manages the development and implementation process of a companys products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.

+ Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. - Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

+ Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

+ Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

+ Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of projects key stakeholders. - Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.

+ Indirect People Management Development

+ Actively coach and mentor extended operations team

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Strong manufacturing background in medical devices or regulated environment. Demonstrated success leading teams/and/or matrix organizations

+ Strong business acumen and understanding of operations costing (LBM, etc.) Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage complex projects.

+ Highly developed skill set in project leadership practices including ability to balance risk, effectively influence diverseteams, and ownership of responsibility for outcomes.

+ Excellent cross functional influence skill
