We provide payroll support to ensure employees get paid on time, every time by verifying data accuracy and meeting compliance. You will apply your creativity and problem-solving techniques to resolve critical employee issues. You will utilize your payroll functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with Honeywell business objectives.

 

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Charlotte, NC location 28202.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Data Entry and Verification

·        Payroll Integrity and Compliance

·        Journal Entry & Record Keeping

·        Auditing and Analysis

·        Communications to Employees and Internal Business Partners

·        Standard SOP Process

·        File/Documentation Storage

 

YOU MUST HAVE

·        Associate degree

·        Minimum 2+ years€™ payroll experience

 

WE VALUE

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

·        Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local payroll and tax policies and procedures

·        Notary

·        Ability to connect experiences, observations and other tidbits of information to see patterns and draw conclusions not readily apparent to others

·        Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision; You consistently take the initiative to get things done before being asked by others or being required to by events

·        Quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
