role you need to be located in Bratislava , Slovakia.

**A Day in the Life**

This role serves as a member of the Medtronic Core
Clinical Solutions Global Clinical Study Administration group and supports
clinical study payments across Medtronic. Work may include the following: managing
invoices, data compensation, tracking payments, supporting accrual activity and
uploading contracts into a tracking system.


+ Manages and makes compensation payments to clinical research centers,consultants and service providers.

+ Track study related payments and support accrual activity

+ Support contract system entry (eCATS and CTMS) and approval (eCATS, Akritiv, etc.)

+ Responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements insystems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of jobarea by collaborating with other functions Plans and preparescommunications that require skill, tact, persuasion and/or negotiation toaccomplish payment objectives

**Must Haves**

+ Bacheloror Master degree

+ Fluent in English and Slovak

+ Minimum of 2 yearsof relevant experience

+ 10 years generalwork experience

+ Document management experience

+ Experience with Microsoft Office products(e.g. Word, Excel, Access)

**Nice to Haves**

+ 2 + years of processing payments

+ Demonstrated knowledge in a clinical area

+ Proficient knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, and databaseapplications (e.g. MS Word and Excel)

+ Knowledge of clinical and outcomes research study and a generalunderstanding of clinical process, regulations and regulatory standards

+ Familiarity with GCP and regulatory and compliance guidelines forclinical trials

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

+ Effectively work independently and in a team setting

+ Develops solutions toproblems and refers to policies and guidelines

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Independently performs specialized function-related tasks

+ Represents organization on specific projects
