**TTS Partnerships - Strategic Partner Manager**

Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) seeks dynamic professionals to build a more digital future for our unique and market-leading global network. Led by the Global Head of Partnerships and Innovation, the P&I team manages investments, partnerships, innovation and digital assets-specific efforts across the TTS franchise. TTS generates nearly $10 billion in revenue annually across its Payments & Receivables, Liquidity Management Services, Commercial Cards and Trade & Working Capital segments and contributes approximately $650 billion in deposits to Citi.

Emerging technologies create new opportunities for us to serve our clients, Treasury and Trade Solutions invests in innovation to bring new solutions to life.


+ Support the TTS partnerships and innovation agenda as integral member of working team

+ As a direct report to the TTS Head of Partnerships, manage strategic partner relationships from origination to onboarding to product integration

+ Guide partners through the process of integrating with Citi, particularly in onboarding

+ Drive collaboration with current and prospective partners, acting as the primary point of contact day-to-day with Citi and facilitating communications with the broader team as necessary

+ Explore new ways to cooperate with partners in an effort to proactively drive innovative client solutions

+ Prepare strategic and financial analysis, assess realized and potential value to client(s), Citi and other stakeholders of current and potential partnerships

+ Present regularly to senior members of the P&I and TTS organization, including business leadership


+ Undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience in financial services, strategy, business development or similar; fintech experience and advanced degree preferred but not required

+ Relationship management experience preferred but not required

+ Highly developed analytical skills required, particularly in identifying and developing client solutions collaboratively with current and prospective strategic partners

+ Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and oral

+ Must be efficient, organized and highly motivated

+ Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with internal and external stakeholders locally and across geographies
