Partner Integrations Manager

The Partner Operations and Integration Manager role manages Open Banking Partner integrations end to end, starting from all third party onboarding activities to the socialization of program and integration requirements and ongoing operations, monitoring and health activities. This role has a strong focus on partnerships, product, marketing and communications and a strong foundation of technical integrations experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

+ **Partner Engagement:** Program management of engagements and overall relationship with Partners to execute Citis onboarding process and collaborate on administrative and technical tasks

+ **Partner Governance:** Ongoing partnership relationship and risk monitoring. Continued capacity planning based on partner volumes

+ **Close collaboration with Product Owners, Technical Program Managers, and Engineers** Work with core and greater Open Banking team and governance stakeholders, core lines of businesses to coordinate tasks and solve problems for our program and be the voice for our Partners

+ **Metrics:** Maintain Open Banking business operating metrics, ensuring data is relevant, meaningful, and actionable

+ **Migration and Roadmaps** : Create and maintain third-party integration roadmaps on a monthly basis, ensuring milestones are met, and progress is made in line with program and Partner goals

+ **Communications:** Develop communication and marketing content with collaboration from internal and external public affairs stakeholders. Be the point of contact for all partner communications

+ **Customer Support:** Initiate meetings with Customer Service to keep them up to date on the teams progress and let them know of any updates or changes that may affect call volumes. Update customer service materials related to Open Banking and API connectivity

+ **Production Support:** Oversee trouble ticket management for production incidents, working with Partner support groups. Serve as the point of escalation for Citi production support

+ **Developer Portal:** Collaborate as key stakeholder with the Developer Hub/Portal design and implementation teams on all external facing content, flows and experience. Manage and monitor partners activities on the portal

+ **FDX:** Represent Citi in the Financial Data Exchange (FDX), an industry forum for developing interoperable data-sharing standards, in the User Experience Working Group. Influence forum consisting of major FIs and FinTechs on UX topics such as the standardization of language for shared data points, who should control the modification of data-sharing post-original consent, and how the process should be introduced to the consumer.

We are looking for someone who is process and detail-oriented, open-minded and able to think from various perspectives, be it technical, marketing, legal, or consumer-focused, with great communications skills This person needs to be great at building internal and external relationships, being proactive and skilled at working with both stakeholders, balancing and keeping in mind the priorities of both.


+ 6-10 years of relevant experience

+ Experience working across multi-function, global business

+ API management experience, with Technical/Development (microservices) knowledge

+ Experience working with internal/external partners to deliver consumer facing solutions

+ Knowledge of the business and optimizing internal/external resources and cross-functional teams

+ Ability to apply client mindset to shape solutions and approach

+ Ability to collaborate, manage teams, and influence without direct authority

+ Demonstrated product/program management and marketing skills

+ Ability to lead, partner, and negotiate with cross-functional teams to deliver client needs

+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

+ Solid business acumen


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Masters degree preferred
