Who You Will Work With

Create and execute Partner Business Planning. Work with Ciscos cross-functional teams in executing on regional and unique partner planning to drive growth and partner profitability, focusing on a partner first and a multi-segment approach.

What You'll Do

Influencing partners in the delivery of services and solutions.

Have the ability to diagnose Partner weaknesses and strengths to put in place a curriculum that will improve Partner readiness to sell and deploy Cisco Products and solutions.

Work with our SE organization to develop plan around certifications and specializations where applicable. Also, to define engineering GAPs to various technologies and geographies.

Who You Are

Must have a strong understanding of Partners business model, specifically understanding financial statements, P&L, cash flow and income statements.

Responsible for the understanding, communication, and implementation of a mutli-segment sales engagement process.

Serve as partners key point of contact for relationship management issues.

Have the ability to support development of partner AT Practices and AT strategies.

Solution selling competence to support collaboration with Consulting Partners.

Responsible for driving joint sales, marketing planning and execution with key commercial partners.

Excellent overall Cisco product knowledge and ability to sell business benefits of products

Excellent Negotiation skills

Excellent strategic thinking skills

Excellent financial acumen, including understanding of ROIC model and other financial modeling tools

Excellent understanding of Partner Routes to Market

Understanding of overall macro-economic picture and outlook

Excellent influencing skills, both tactical and strategic at the partner executive (CXO) level

Execute and drive territory based Partner Lead Generation activities and Partner tracking of end user leads in a closed-loop process.
