Job Summary: Directly responsible for all operational and administrative areas of the parking facility and transportation service. 


 


Duties and Responsibilities: 



  • Responsible for staffing and personnel development, including recruitment, orientation, on-the-job training, and continued growth and development of the employees; other management staff, Cashiers, Drivers, Maintenance Techs, Mechanic, and Marketing Rep. 

  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll including user access requests, PTO adjustments, etc. 

  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed in the facility.  

  • Maintain positive customer relations and addresses customer concerns.

  • Ensure all safety standards and guidelines are followed. Process claims by gathering information to determine liability exposure and coordinate return-to-work efforts.

  • Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment including the proper operation of company equipment. Hold mechanic accountable for the condition of the fleet and preventive maintenance; setting up vendors, purchasing fuel, tracking shuttle hours and mileage. 

  • Ensure the property is maintained in accordance with company expectations. 

  • Plan activities regarding the construction and maintenance of assigned facility and systems. Obtain estimates for repairs, purchases, and professional services.   

  • Develop and administer the budgeting and expenses for the facility. Complete account reconciliations and analysis. Report information to investment entities in accordance with company policies.

  • Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and facility performance.

  • Attend company meetings, conferences, etc. as instructed. 

  • Other duties as assigned.  



 


Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a similar role, two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional staff required

  • Facilities management experience preferred

  • A valid state drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record required

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in coordination of people and resources

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, training, labor relations, and personnel information systems

Travel: Travel is within the U.S.; some overnight travel may be expected +/- 5% of the time. 


 


Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
