You Are:


The Oracle Cloud Time and Labor will be responsible for leading multiple functional team(s) to design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud capability for human resources, absence management, and time and labor.


The Work:

+ Require hands on leadership style to assist with functional configuration associated with human resources, absence management, and time and labor.

+ This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, demos, designs, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go live support






Here Is What You Need:



+ Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience


+ Experience leading a team or teams


+ Experience as a Functional Designer or Architect


+ Experience in one or more of the following: requirements workshops, design, test planning and execution, client demos, delivery, and/or hyper-care support


+ Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud



Bonus Points If:



+ Advanced Degree


+ 10+ years of industry experience


+ Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor


+ Experience in Processing Retirement Benefits


+ Time and Labor business process knowledge

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $137,700 - $193,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
