Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review financial status and required deliverables for contracts on a monthly or as needed basis; coordinates necessary follow-up with appropriate management staff
  • Develop and provide reporting to support business decision making, including specific business initiative performance and Client required reports
  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to support sales people and recruiters in accomplishing company goals
  • Coordinate recurring reporting efforts with leadership team to highlight strategic initiatives and track performance to goals for consumption by sales leadership
  • Perform pricing reviews and validate financial information such as accruals and rebates
  • Assist with budget and expense tracking as well as profitability reporting as it relates to field metrics
  • Review and interpret customer contracts to ensure adherence to contractual requirements
  • Follow up with support partners on outstanding items to ensure proper compliance with customer and contract requirements in a timely manner
  • Prepare, organize and maintain contract records and files supporting contract performance and compliance
  • Field questions and troubleshoot reporting abnormalities within multiple internal reporting systems
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Operations with Request for Proposals (RFPs) by gathering key information and coordinating responses with sales partners
  • Ad hoc audit and reporting requests as needed

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelors degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to Business or Finance
  • Seeking 2-4+ years of work experience

 

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of business policies and account management practices
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage time and excel in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Successful track record of providing quality customer service
