The Executive Director of Account Management Center of Excellence (CoE) will have responsibility for the Center of Excellence team responsible for supporting the large client servicing and issues management teams. This leadership role is responsible for helping to drive consistency in execution across the entire servicing function while improving the client experience and efficiency of the servicing activities. The Account Management Director will also be responsible for leading strategic initiatives within the servicing space and interacting with and supporting leadership across Client Service & Implementation as well as the merchant coverage teams. The position requires executive level engagement within the firm, channel partners and Merchant Services Executive Management teams.
