**Description** The Vendor Management Professional 2 works as liaison between vendors and organization. The Vendor Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. **Responsibilities** + As a PBM Operations Vendor Management Professional 2 you will collaborate with both internal and external business partners to aid with various tasks relating to oversight of our pharmacy claims processing vendor. + You will be a part of a team which analyzes and identifies key processes that need to be improved. + Create and manage internal databases and ensure data in the databases is accurate and easy to access. + Aid with vendor invoice reconciliation. + Assist with auditing the security access for Humana users in the pharmacy claims processing system. + Coordinate with external claims processing vendor for Claims History and Prior Authorization files for terminating groups and reviewing files for accuracy. **Role Essentials** + Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Proven experience and knowledge with Microsoft Access Database, including query work and form creation. + Proven experience with leadership reports and dashboards. + Strong attention to detail. + Strong analytical and problem solving skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal **Role Desirables** + Bachelor's Degree + Experience in the health benefits/health insurance industry. + Humana Pharmacy knowledge. + Knowledge of Humana Systems and RxNova Desktop. **Additional Information** If you have additional questions regarding this role posting, please send them to the Ask A Recruiter persona by visiting go/Buzz and searching Ask A Recruiter!
