Responsibilities include but not limited too:

  • Coordinating and assisting projects with mobilization/IT start-ups/setting up Jobsite offices

  • Inventory and track all office and project site office equipment (set ups, maintenance, invoicing)

  • Inventory and track all personnel IT equipment

  • Inventory and ordering of all office supplies and consumables

  • Conference room scheduling and management

  • Tracking office rental agreement(s) and managing day to day operations with landlord(s)

  • Planning Office/TCC team gatherings & meetings Control of Office Postage, FedEx, ect & assisting employees

  • Filing/Office Organization

  • Updating & assisting with meeting minutes

  • Setting up POs with help from Controller

  • Tracking expenses and maintaining logs for various aspects of the projects

  • Coordinate with HR and Coastal partners to set interviews

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Workday

  • BA/BS + two years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • BA/BS + two years of related experience or AA/AS (US) + four years of related experience or Diploma + four years of related experience or HS/GED + six years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Proficient in time management and administrative support
