The  Offering Manager is a customer centric leader\rwith global responsibility to grow the business through unique and value added\rofferings.
The key to offering management is reimagining what it means to be a\rproduct manager. An offering manager is accountable for the full life cycle of\ran offering, including validating the need in the marketplace; determining the\rbusiness model; and assessing the implications for engineering, marketing,\rsales, support, and, of course, budgeting. Offering managers will work across\rbusiness units and disciplines to leverage existing talent and intellectual\rproperty.
You will be successful by planning, executing, and delivering elite\rproducts and services. Develop and implement the product strategy to drive\rrevenue, orders and gross profit for the portfolio. You will lead the product\rteam to drive strategy execution to ensure product development and\rposition.  You will provide support to both the sales team and customers.\rYou will partner with the sales and OEM partners to develop tactical plans to\rconsistently identify new business opportunities, with successful\rimplementation of such plans. You will drive the life cycle of products and\rbuild on our legacy with new imaging products.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop strategy and go to market plans for OEM imager and barcode product offerings
  • Lead product marketing efforts and assist in global initiatives.
  • Understand the global AIDC OEM markets - players, trends, technologies, standards, regulations, economics, and competition. Develop market segmentation with the objective of targeting each segment based on their unique customer needs.
  • Collect, analyze and present information monthly at business reviews and forecast meetings to help business leaders make informed decisions.
  • Identify market needs
  • Partner with engineering and sales to define, design and deliver innovative products AIDC and adjacent markets.
  • Accountable for sales and marketing product go to market
  • Develop product strategies
  • Develop product roadmaps
  • Accountable for product op. income and revenue


  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience working directly in developing product/product offering role


  • MBA desired
  • Experience with computer peripherals and operating systems
  • Knowledge of the AIDC industry desired
  • Proven track record executing marketing projects and programs
  • Strong business analytical, financial, and marketing skills
  • Ability to thrive in faced-paced, results-driven organization
  • Proven success in managing through influence and persuasion
  • Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals
  • Ability to work with and provide insight to senior management
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively across all business functions and with internal and external IT infrastructure and applications teams
  • Effective customer relationship skills with effectiveness in decision making and problem solving
  • Ability to\r influence and negotiate in a matrix organization.
  • Proven track\r record of leading projects / product launches
