We developed our proprietary Ignite software to create and manage messages from design to scheduling. Whether the sign is large or small, color or monochrome, the suite of Ignite software helps create head-turning messages through easy-to-use interfaces. Watchfire has over 60,000 LED signs in operation at convenience stores, gas stations, retail outlets, banks, schools, places of worship and other locations worldwide. We also have more digital billboard customers in the U.S. than any other brand.<\/p>

Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>

Managers are assigned the responsibility of driving success for our customers through customer success activities (e.g. onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.)<\/p>

Responsibilities<\/h2>

Externally, with the market:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

  • Provide training and education for clients on new features <\/li>
  • Research and implementation of customer engagement strategies<\/li>
    • Webinars<\/li>
    • How-to documents<\/li>
    • Conference calls<\/li> <\/ul>
    • Turning customer suggestions into product improvements<\/li><\/ul>

      Internally:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

      • Technical sales representation at product meetings based on area of expertise.<\/li>
      • Project management of various customer success projects<\/li>
        • RSS Widgets<\/li>
        • Customer surveys<\/li>
        • New software implementation<\/li> <\/ul>
        • Bring organization, creativity and consistency to \u201cstaying in touch\u201d processes<\/li>
        • Establish systems for tracking progress of customer success initiatives<\/li><\/ul>

          Required Education/Qualifications<\/h2>
          • Technical expertise - knack for explaining complex information to customers in 'laymen's terms'<\/li>
          • Great customer service and business acumen<\/li>
          • Strong empathy for customers, gain satisfaction from helping others succeed<\/li>
          • Proven desire for continuous learning and improvement<\/li>
          • Customer-facing sales or service support experience preferred<\/li>
          • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)<\/li>
          • Proficient in Microsoft Excel<\/li>
          • Sales, manufacturing, support or service experience for electronics<\/li>
          • Customer-facing sales or service support experience<\/li>
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skill<\/li>
          • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Electronics, Business or a related field<\/li>
          • 2 + years of sales-related experience preferred<\/li>
          • Business-to-business sales experience.<\/li><\/ul>
