Within the HBT Global AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) organization we are recruiting an NPI technical leader.
This role will report to the ISC Global NPI Director and will lead and coordinate the launch of NPI in production. He/she will partner with R&D and other Stakeholders to provide manufacturing input throughout the NPI process maximizing throughput and reducing cycle time, driving Design for Manufacturability and Testability

Responsibilities:

·         Owns multiple NPI projects and is accountable for End-to-end ISC activities. That includes cross-functional coordination of:

·         AME (new equipment, processes, etc)

·         Manufacturing (resources, equipment, people)

·         Sourcing (vendor selection, contracts, etc.)

·         Manufacturing Quality (regulatory compliance)

·         Materials Management (planning, ordering, material receipts)

 

·         Partner with R&D and offering Manager, being the Go-To person for the projects under his responsibility, ensuring alignment and providing manufacturing input

 

·         Leads ISC functions in ensuring NPI Milestone Fidelity

 

·         Is responsible for MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level), DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Automation), BVA (Best Value Analysis and site selection)

 

·         Contribute to the continuous improvement of ISC process, making sure they are aligned to NPI process. In particular with Agile and Z21.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving New Product Introduction.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
