NPI Lead Integrator
Job Description-Plans and manages both programs and projects of new products and technologies are completed on time meeting the department goals. -Employing thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures, you will plan and manage technical programs or projects to meet established objectives or goals. -You'll drive multiple programs simultaneously and work with key stakeholders to identify and implement lowest cost and risk solutions. -You'll assess risk, identify issues, and work cross organizationally to resolve problems. The ability to synthesize complex information into clear messages that get delivered through internal and external communications channels is critical. -This role will incorporate business unit customer requirements into technology development plans. Strong stakeholder management skills are key. Role and Responsibilities includes but not limited to: 1. Identifying tasks, determining dependencies, and identifying and assigning specific resources. 2. Getting task effort and duration estimates from team members. 3. Creating and tracking the project / program schedule and solving a wide range of challenges and completing tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. 4. Communicating expectations to team members and assessing risk and identifying issues. 5. Monitoring progress against the schedule. 6. Coordinating resources with other functions 7. Reviewing user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity
Qualifications
Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Other technical qualification with relevant experience may be considered.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
