Lead, direct and set the strategy for the new product introduction (NPI) activities for Honeywell Building Technologies. You will be functionally responsible for driving our new product portfolio strategy, including innovation, transformation, best practices and deployment to ensure NEW product development, ideation and funnel health for all the businesses. You will be required to partner with R&D and other functions to develop and manage product roadmaps and growth initiatives. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization€™s product portfolio as well as transform the organization€™s mindset to one of Growth, Agile and Digital. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive new produce introduction and portfolio management best practices with outstanding financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

·         Increase New Product Introduction revenue and speed

·         Train, mentor and drive adoption of NPI best practices

·         Drive agile, digital transformation

·         Project Planning, Analytics and Reporting



·         Master€™s degree in Marketing or Engineering

·          8+ years€™ experience in product marketing or product management 


·         Quickly identifies patterns among problems & issues

·         Makes timely decisions balancing systematic analysis

·         Extensive years' experience in product or strategic marketing and planning

·         Digital transformation, Agile transformation, Growth mindset

·         Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues

·         Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills

·         Experience & ability to apply to product line
