Job Description

As a member on the Manufacturing Systems Group (MSG) team, you will partner with your team to primarily support the Finance, Process Engineering & Production business partners to provide operational support to enable the factory to hit affordability targets to meet and sustain the performance commitments across multiple technologies within NMDM factories. This typically involves the design, creation and management of operational systems and business processes. Additionally, the manufacturing engineer should have the ability to budget and track reconciliation for Lithography reticles. They must manage purchase orders/funding while tracking POs needed for supplier owned spares, chemicals and a multitude of suppliers managed under one umbrella to quickly resolve any issues as they may arise.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to work with data in Excel and extrapolate/interpret results using basic pivot tables and calculations. Support data entry for cleanroom gownroom hanger assignments/management.

  • Familiarity with (or ability to learn) Contingent Worker policies/guidelines, including training approvals as well as cost system review, approvals and

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills for successful interaction with key stakeholders across a broad spectrum (customers, support team, various levels of management, Intel factory network peers/partners)

  • Customer service focus to help new employees navigate, support adhoc requests, and help resolve complaints if necessary

  • Tolerance of ambiguity

  • Attention to detail and follow-up of action items to closure

  • Familiarity with gown rooms and their protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other equivalent technical degree

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables)

  • 1+ years' experience in a semiconductor manufacturing industry

  • 1+ years' on meeting Budgetary commitment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher Degree preferred

  • 1+ years' experience in knowledge of factory forecasting for spares, chemicals, and other consumptions

  • 1+ years in knowledge of reticles, development and production costs

  • 1+ years ability to research invoice issues

  • 1+ year of good understanding of financial month end close requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in creating purchase orders and track from initiation to full closure

  • 1+ years of ability to utilize the Finance system dashboard to realize accruals for month end

  • 1+ years' experience entering all monthly information into the Accrual tool for all spares, chemicals, etc
