Michelle, and our significant equity investment in Anheuser-Busch InBev the world's largest brewer.We are currently seeking a highly qualified Network Engineer to join our Information Services (IS) department in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for the design, deployment, testing and on-going support of the data and voice network across Altrias family of companies, including providing technical oversight for services provided by external suppliers. Specific accountabilities include:Provide technical oversight to the suppliers in providing daily operation, administration and management of LAN, WLAN and WAN infrastructure including but not limited to the following:Regularly perform monitoring of network performance and capacity management. Make recommendations to constantly improve and align the environment to current requirements.Plan and coordinate major network initiatives or critical upgrades in accordance with the architectural standards.Design, install, and support new network hardware and software infrastructure deployments. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve faults in operational networks to drive continuous improvement.Review and approve suppliers proposals and solutions in accordance to enterprise network standards and business requirementReview and approve suppliers performance against Service Level Agreements. Keep abreast of relevant technologies and maintain selected technical certifications.Communicating complex technical information to business customers and project teams in an effective and concise mannerSpecific Skills:Qualifications, experiences, and technical skills include: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline6+ years of experience in designing and supporting a large scale IP/MPLS NetworkHigh proficiency with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting a wide range of networking platforms and technologies including Cisco, F5, Riverbed, Solarwinds, Bluecoat, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and ExtremeHands-on experience with the management and configuration of Cisco switching devices and Cisco IOS, such as Catalyst: 29xx, 3xxx, 9xxx and Nexus devices such as 5k,7k & 9kExperience with network analysis tools such as using Wireshark Analyzer, NetBrain, or Riverbed Cascade Knowledge of wireless technology, Cisco Wireless controllers and Cisco Prime.Familiar with public cloud infrastructure services such as MS Azure and Amazon AWS.Knowledge of VoIP Technology, Cisco Call manager, UCS, CUCM, design and execution of various Cisco Unity configurations supporting Unified Messaging.Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal interaction skillsITIL Foundation certificate or equivalent knowledgeCisco CCNA/CCNP Certification (Preferred) At Altria Client Services, we recognize that our people are the reason we achieve our business goals.
