Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Develop strategy and process that drives additional bulk HOA sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HOA sales management team to set up marketing opportunities on a nationwide scale.
  • Produce incremental gain in bulk agreement prospects.
  • Coordinate with field sales team to improve HOA homeowners customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to develop policies and procedures to improve and define individual HOA homeowners sales process. 
  • Coordinate and plan with SSOs nationwide on upcoming HOA projects (new agreements and renewal upgrades).
  • Manage and track progress of HOA projects.
  • Works to ensure agreed upon timelines are met and projects come in at approved profitability. 
  • Assist SSOs outside of South Florida with HOA specific operational scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with onsite HOA personnel from an operational level with nationwide HOAs.
  • Improve service quality by recommending improved processes; identifying new products and service applications offered to the HOA communities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
