This position is part of the Model Risk Governance organization under the Head of Model Risk Management within Independent Risk.  This team coordinates a firm-wide effort to execute a senior management firm-wide attestation on completeness and accuracy of Citis model inventory. This process involves liaising with senior management across the organization, including executives two levels down from the CEO. The person in this position will organize, manage, and support a global project, including training, project management and execution of model . Specifically, this person will have direct contact with businesses and functions, responding to and prioritizing requests, tracking and reporting on status, and providing guidance.  In addition, this person will develop materials for senior management, audit, and regulatory review.  This position will have high visibility within the Model Risk team and to senior management.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics, Master's degree preferred
6+ years experience / knowledge of Banking or Finance required
Strong presentation and speaking skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Must be very organized and good at prioritization
Good at dealing with people
Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of model risk / validation process a plus
Knowledge / experience with operational / business controls preferred
Knowledge of databases a plus
