We are looking for a Modality Leader (m/f/d), BP Hardware, EMEA to work with our expert EMEA BioProcess HW Modality team of 9 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Sales? Then we would love to hear from you.    
 
What you€™ll do

€¢ Lead a team of professionals that drive predictable, effective, and compliant order and sales while providing outstanding customer service levels  

€¢ Develop high performing teams including measurement of performance against organizational objectives for commercial excellence, quality, responsiveness, and compliance  €¢ Institute and manage processes and operating mechanisms with sales, commercial operations, supply chain, controllership, finance, to manage both financial and demand supply forecasting as well as backlog risk management  

€¢ Coach sales team and commercial operations on commercial requirements while maximizing support for specific customer requests

€¢ Function as subject matter expert on Downstream hardware customer needs, industry trends and competitor activities and communicate this information to the Product Management function  

€¢ Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, documents and tools, to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of order and sales management practices

€¢ Have a good knowledge of the product portfolio, both regarding technical & application aspects

€¢ Drive Design-In and activities for our Hardware solutions and track progress through our CRM systems

€¢ Achieve annual and quarterly achievement of multiple order and revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage, while monitoring market share and sales margins

€¢ Support team in negotiations, discussions on quotes & contracts and price setting, sometime interfacing with all key buying influencers  

€¢ Support the introduction of NPIs to the wider sales team with support from Marketing 

 
Who you are

€¢ Bachelor€™s, Master€™s or PhD degree in relevant scientific area

€¢ At least one of the following core experiences: 5+ years of sales experience, 5+ years of leadership experience or Graduate of a Commercial Leadership Program  

€¢ In-depth experience of the Biopharma industry >3 years

€¢ Good knowledge of the Cytiva Bioprocess portfolio and the requirements of the BioPharma industry  

€¢ Customer focused with a good ability to provide solutions through Imagination and clear thinking

€¢ Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, juggling many activities while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude. 
€¢ High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to colleagues and customers in a way that results in understanding and impact to build effective customer relationships.

€¢ Strong communication (verbal, written) & collaboration skills with proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrixed environment

€¢ Capability to understand and analyse complex situations utilizing data analysis and systems thinking

€¢ Advanced influencing skills  

€¢ Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products as well as Business systems such as SFDC

€¢ Fluency in English language, verbally and in writing

€¢ Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays €¢ Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sustainable process changes, and adapt to business and functional changes

€¢ Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization  

€¢ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions

€¢ Proven customer and business acumen and relationship building skills in a healthcare environment  

€¢ Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process  

€¢ Solid process orientation, demonstrated resource management and allocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
