Major technology company is seeking a Mobility Device Specialist to support activities for our Telecommunications. Candidates must have experience using ServiceNow for Request & Incident Processing. This role will focus on mobile device support across the enterprise. Duties will include support for incoming calls, creating trouble tickets, and working directly with end-user mobile device customers. This person will also provide support for internal customers on all wireless and/or mobile devices with activations, app installs, and set-up services.

Required skills:

Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, Access.

Must be able to function in fast paced, multitasking IT Telecom customer support environment.

Telecommunication industry experience in a large enterprise, or service provider environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience using ServiceNow for Request & Incident Processing.

*MobileIron or other MDM product knowledge.


Process incoming mobile orders using AT&T and Verizon Portal.

Data entry for Mobile Device Inventory/Billing (Access).

Mobile Activations, programming and end-user direct touch support.

Assist internal customers with activating and programming mobile devices.

Test new wireless and/or mobile voice & data communications equipment and user devices.

Maintain required database for asset inventory, billing, and documentation.

Demonstrates detailed working knowledge of hardware, software, diagnostics and troubleshooting, and accessories for mobile devices.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Essential Qualifications Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four or more years' experience in a field related to the specialized functional area or unit where assigned. Must demonstrate considerable knowledge of assigned functional area principles, theories and concepts. Must possess: (1) the ability to grasp new concepts quickly; (2) the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information; (3) strong organization skills and the ability to establish priorities; (4) the ability to identify issues, solve and respond to routine problems or situations that require interpretation; (5) strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, interpret and explain moderately complex information as well as the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of personnel, including management, customers and vendors; (6) practical understanding of applicable policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations; (7) considerable knowledge of computer operations and applications
