Job description
PwC is driving major change across information and cyber security by building a centralized model to provide security services across the entire member firm network. Mandated at the network level, Network Information Security (NIS) operates outside Information Technology (IT) and is responsible for this major program initiative, from definition of the security strategy to the execution of the global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from local to globally-provided services.

In order to deliver the Cyber Readiness Program, the NIS team is structured into the following Pillars:
• Information Security Risk and Compliance (ISRC)
• Chief Information Security Office (CISO)
• Security Architecture, Engineering, Innovation and Transformation (SAEIT)
• Cyber Security Services
• Strategy and Alliances
• Chief of Staff

The CISO pillar within NIS is responsible for the following services:

Within CISO pillar we work closely with member firm stakeholders to understand their business model and roadmap for technology. In turn CISO pillar outline the roadmap for NIS and drive engagement and adoption of central security services in line with the PwC Cyber Readiness program. Management of relationships between NIS and the business is key to delivering the cyber readiness mission. Whether it be integrating solutions, driving operational processes or providing guidance back to NIS to further enhance our strategy, CISO pillar provide the engagement and personal touch to enable NIS to deliver maximum value to the customer, the PwC Network of firms.
Scope of Responsibility
The Global Migration Engineering team acts as the migration delivery team in NIS. The team works closely with multiple teams across Security Engineering, Security Architecture, Product Management, CISO Services, Operations and member firms to support end-to-end delivery of quality security solutions from initiation through to operational environment. The team is responsible for the following tasks:
Driving Technology deployment and executing the delivery of global security solutions for member firm adoption;
Build relationships across the member firms and provide the network with a single point of contact, coordination and accountability for delivery of the multi-year Information Security Transformation programme;
Support Technology Migration Roadmap and Deployment Planning for technical teams.
Leads Change Management process, identifies cross-work stream dependencies, manages impact of changes, and provides subject matter expertise/knowledge to drive resolutions.
Produce status reporting and/or business cases across different stakeholders.
Responsabile when leading global CTO deployments across Member Firms
Act as the single point of contact for Member Firms for Engineering support
Industrialize piloted solution(s); standardize, centralize, automate deployments
Transition technologies and services from deployments to Operations
Facilitate the ongoing improvement of products, services and processes through incremental improvements
Who we are looking for
Experience engaging business and technology stakeholders at all levels to gather long term goals and requirements;
Experience mapping long term business requirements to security architecture frameworks such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture (SABSA), Zachman etc.;
Understanding of how to design and build security technology solutions aligned to a global central service environment;
Understanding of security technology at an enterprise and solution level;
Hands on engineering experience with enterprise security technology;
Experience contributing to a central technology service organization;
Navigating a matrix organization; and
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets.
