Job Description



HII-Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is seeking a Mid-Level ISR Analyst to support our customer from our offsite location in Tampa, Florida. This position will primarily deal with Publicly Available Information acquisition, analysis, and product development as part of a team of analysts.





Essential Job Responsibilities




+ Support a team of analysts providing Non-Traditional Information Collection (NTIC) capabilities in support of United States Air Forces in Europe Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) A2.


+ Support NTIC Team to provide turn-key support for open source collection, processing, and analysis (within 24 hours of data collection).


+ Support NTIC Team in developing collection campaigns, crowd-sourced survey development (within 48 hours of request) for voice, data, imagery/video information, telecommunications systems, equipment and technologies, and logistics.


+ Collaborate with USAFE-AFAFRICA A2 to assist in identifying the environmental enablers of the region's extremist elements and uncover effective methods disrupting their operating spaces and denying their freedom of movement. Providing clarity on the aforementioned conditions will facilitate a broader collections effort to address intelligence gaps in the AOR.


+ Support NTIC Team to respond to tasks by assisting the client in development of requirements and tasking elements capable of collecting the information required to answer the requirement.


+ Support NTIC Team to provide passive collection of information as well as crowd-sourced data tailored to support USAFE-AFAFRICA.


+ Support the NTIC team in generating and delivering reports and briefings on the data collected and the final analysis of the information.


+ Support the NTIC Team to use and refine current non-traditional data acquisition tools to provide meaningful contributions to client RFIs. Interact with service providers to adjust data acquisition tools, data sets and dashboards to provide dynamic near-real-time input of AOI environmental information.


+ Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.






Minimum Qualifications




+ 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in realted field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.


+ 4 years intelligence experience in support of the Department of Defense providing analysis, reporting and briefing in DOD settings.


+ 2 years experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of integrated ISR analysis.


+ Proficiency in intelligence community systems and tools.


+ Strong problem solving skills and creativity in developing alternative sources of non-traditional information for DOD customer.


+ Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.






Preferred Requirements




+ Experience with data visualization tools (Google data studio, Tableau, etc.)


+ Experience supporting USEUCOM/USAFRICOM or USAFE-AFAFRICA intelligence and/or operations.


+ Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Campaign Plan Assessments, Collection Management and Dissemination, Data Science, or Open Source Intelligence collection platforms.


+ Experience working with Open Source Information or Publicly Available Information in a DOD or IC environment.


+ Intermediate level certification on ArcGIS.
